Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Window
-
Standard Orders: You may request to cancel an order at any time before it has entered the shipping and fulfillment process. Because we strive for next-day delivery on many items, this window may be limited.
-
Phone Orders: Orders placed via telephone are subject to the same cancellation window. Once the payment is authorized and the order is sent to our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard Return Policy will apply.
2. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through one of the following methods:
-
Hotline: (888) 234-1796 (Recommended for the fastest response)
-
Email: support@shaazon.com
-
Online Account: If available, you may check your order status in your account dashboard to see if a “Cancel” option is still active.
3. Refund Processing for Cancellations
If your cancellation is successful:
-
A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., the card used online or provided over the phone).
-
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
4. Shipped Orders
If an order has already been picked, packed, or handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must receive the item and follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please do not refuse the delivery, as this may result in additional shipping fees or delays in your refund.
5. Legal Compliance & Consumer Rights
Our cancellation procedures align with the following U.S. legal frameworks:
-
FTC “Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule” (16 CFR Part 435):
-
We adhere to the requirement that if we cannot ship your order within the timeframe promised (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we must notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
-
-
California Consumer Rights (Cal. Civ. Code § 1723):
-
We clearly disclose our policy regarding cancellations and returns to ensure transparency at the point of sale, whether the transaction occurs online or via telephone.
-
-
UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) Article 2:
-
Governing the sale of goods, we provide clear terms regarding the formation of the sales contract and the point at which an order becomes a binding obligation.
-
6. Service Interruptions
Shaazon Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer, or if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error.
