Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $500.
A flat shipping fee of $20 applies to orders below $500.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Carrier or logistics issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
